Description
Caspian terns aerial mating display, my only experience ... I was luckily alerted to their aerial acrobatics already in progress by their louder-than-normal raucous interactions.... which in itself is remarkable. They fly waaaaaaay up then rapidly drop in formation, squawking the whole time. A lifer bird experience if ever there was one.... Thankful that the focus caught proof for me with it being OVER so very fast!
